Rooms nice size . Some staff friendly

Toilet blocked .Building run down.Beds uncomfortable and hard. Pillows lumpy.Lack of maintence all round very dissapointed.Cold breakfast every day no hot food was hot at all asked for airport pickup Never turned up .

The hotel was in desperate need for renovation. ALL of the sunbeds were broken. The room smelled bad. Very disgusting bathroom. Dont stay here!!

Wonderful hotel-Friendly staff, Great location, Good value for Money

A fantastic hotel in a great location Kuta. Excellent service starts at the entrance and continues throughout. Friendly and Warm Staff, Special mention must be made of Nadia and Feisal who kept up the great service by making sure I had everything needed. Got an upgrade to junior suite. Thank you. Rooms were immaculate and well serviced. A truly memorable visit in a very special place. Great Value for money. Can't wait to be back.

There are better hotels than this at the price we paid.

Breakfast was ok and the housekeeping was good made lot of effort to clean the room.

The place was not clean. No hot shower facility. Too much noise by the staff members outside the room.

The hotel could be maintained better, the staff service was very good.

Daily room cleaning. The staff were very helpful and we loved their service!

The maintenance of the property could be better - the tiles in the pool need to be replaced and the pool needs to be cleaned the water was green. A few sun beds were broken and which is Health and Safety especially when children are at the hotel.

The management did change the room for quite one and larger on complaining. I was there for a week

Catering staff were great House keeping was excellent Room clean and fresh towels and linen daily

Being charged the whole cost of the hotel 3 months before arrival. A 10% deposit should have been sufficient. Breakfast was very poor and not much selection Loud music played around the pool made it unpleasant to relax. I never used this area Bar staff need educating in manners to visitors. Room decor shabby but room clean Don't trust photos of hotel on internet booking sites

Do yourself a favour & book elsewhere.

Big beds, daily house keeping & walking distance to Poppies Ln, Legian St, main beach.

The website boasts an airport shuttle - no such thing! I emailed the hotel in advance & they replied “just catch taxi” - that should tell you everything you need to know. We arrived late on a Saturday night. This was our first ever hotel & our first ever visit to Bali. At 2am, half asleep & exhausted; we paid & were given a card - the staff were neither helpful nor welcoming. We eventually found our room, where parts of the floor were “under construction”. Don’t let the pictures fool you, the rooms are far from what is shown. There are little to no supplies - one mug to suit a two person apartment...? and the safety switch has a nasty habit of tripping every so often. We were awoken by pools of our own sweat on the first night at least four times, having to get up in pitch darkn to turn the air conditioning back on. This happened every night for the duration of our stay. The toilet occasionally clogged and the bathroom always had an offensive odour coming from the drain. The breakfast buffet is not too bad, a great selection, howeverer seating is limited & the food is left out in the open for ants, insects, etc. Forget the pool bar, I didn’t see one drink poured there during my entire stay! There is a sign that clearly states happy hour from 4pm-6pm but when I asked, only fruit juices were offered. The front desk is always staffed however rarely any help is received; ie where to shop, where to eat.

Breakfast was not up to standard Toilet broke twice No hot water in shower even after we asked it to be fix it was still luke warm Canceled our airport pick up 2 hours before arrival even though we arranged it 2 months in advance.

Disappointed with facilities, will be back after hotel is fixed.

The staff were friendly and accomodating.

No buffet breakfast for first few days, hotel in need of renovation, restaurant with only 2 options on menu, swim up pool bar constantly out of drinks.

Could have been better.

The location of the property was very good, away from the noise of the city centre but not too far away. The staff very professional and helpful. They exceeded our expectations. The cafe staff were even more fantastic. Most of the reception staff were very helpful and cooperative. However, it was sometime difficult to establish a general English conversation with some of the staff at reception.

The noise made by school kids for 2 nights could have been better controlled. When their noise got too much and we reported it to the reception, nothing was able to be done to calm them down. The property appeared to be in a desperate need of a facelift, including improving the general cleanliness and hygiene. The fire escape/stairwells needs good lighting and clean up.

Disappointing, from the time of arrival.

Location was near to Kuta and shops etc. - within 10min walk.

Room was next to main road. Noisy throughout the night. The had groups of unruly students stay the first night we were there. They rang the doorbell and made crank calls. They were very noisy throughout the night. The maintenance of the building was very poor or non existent. The pool was green in color, the front of the sriveway roof was under repair when we got there but 5 days later there seem to be no progress. The lifts, corridors, walls and rooms are in dire need of repair and refurbishment. The photos they use on their webpage are of when the property was newer. They just need to spend money to make it look good again.

Avoid this Bali Kuta Resort Hotel

This place from the start was BAD! The pool green and tiles broken, the surface was poor for walking in pool. Green moss near outdoor showers. The rooms were needing a big clean. Beds felt itchy, cat poo in the hallway for 1 whole day after staff being notified 3 times. Cats in the kitchen and food for breakfast was very limited and not good. The milk had a film over it - like had been sitting out for some time and the bali coffee looked questionable. And the four burner toaster only one worked and an electric zap occurred from faulty toaster. The service from staff was rude and poor. No smiles! Aircon filters in room were dirty and in need of a clean. The pool bar looked shabby sheets with mould on them. Broken pool table and ripped bar chairs. This hotel needs a BIG OVERHAUL CLEAN UP. Renovations out front driveway were sectioned off but no works commencing. The hotel had an eery feel. Two male urinals in the main area were not working. We could not stay a second night and the staff would not refund us as we paid in cash. So disappointed with this hotel. And the manager was not good at dealing with issues. Avoid this hotel!

The hotel would be a genuinely nice 5 star hotel with a refurbishment however for the price this hotel is a bargain. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have Satellite tv it's also in a pretty good location about a minute walk from the main tourist road
